FileSyncAI is an AI-powered recruitment automation platform. It helps companies post jobs and let agents shortlist, interview, and evaluate candidates — automatically. Staffing firms can connect once and manage their entire operation. Candidates share their resume and receive scheduled interviews.
FileSyncAI serves three types of users: Companies looking to hire faster, Staffing Firms wanting to automate their operations, and Individual Candidates looking for job opportunities.
FileSyncAI is currently in beta. During this period, access is free. Pricing will be introduced when we officially launch. We'll notify all existing users in advance.
Click Get Started on the homepage. Choose your user type (Company, Staffing Firm, or Individual), fill in your details, and verify your email. You'll be logged in within minutes.
FileSyncAI reads your resume and documents from Google Drive to build your profile. We only read files — we never modify, delete, or share your files with anyone.
After logging in, go to your dashboard and click Connect Google Drive. You'll be redirected to Google's authentication page. Grant the required permissions and you'll be redirected back automatically.
We support Google Docs, PDFs, Google Sheets, and standard document formats (.docx, .txt). Files must contain readable text — scanned images are not yet supported.
Yes. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will pause your FileSyncAI profile until reconnected.
When a company shortlists you, an AI interview is scheduled. You'll receive a link to join. The AI interviewer asks role-relevant questions based on your resume and the job description. After completion, you receive a detailed score and feedback report.
Typically 15–30 minutes depending on the role. The AI adapts based on your responses — if you answer confidently and clearly, the interview may be shorter.
You are evaluated on: Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Coding Skills (if applicable), Soft Skills, and Time Management. Each is scored out of 10, with an overall score out of 100.
Retakes are at the discretion of the hiring company. You can contact the company directly or reach out to us if you believe there was a technical issue during your interview.
On the login page, click Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we'll send a reset link. The link expires after 30 minutes.
Email us at support@filesyncai.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We'll process it within 7 business days and confirm when done.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
