Quick Start

Get started with FileSyncAI in a few simple steps depending on your role.

Create your account

Visit the registration page and choose your user type — Company, Staffing Firm, or Individual Candidate.

Verify your email

Check your inbox for a verification OTP. Enter it on the verify page to activate your account.

Connect Drives (Candidates & Staffing Firms)

Individual candidates and staffing firms connect Drives to upload their resume.Companies skip this step.

Start using the platform

Companies post jobs, candidates get shortlisted, staffing firms manage pipelines — all from the dashboard.

Company — Account Setup

When registering as a Company, the first user becomes the Admin. Subsequent team members join as Employees under the same company.

Only one Admin per company is allowed at registration. Admins can invite employees from the dashboard.

Company — Posting a Job

After logging in, navigate to Job Postings from your dashboard.

Click "Post New Job"

Found in the top right of the Job Postings dashboard.

Fill in job details

Job title, description, location, and salary range. The more detail you add, the better the AI matching works.

Publish

The job goes live immediately. Our Job Automation Agent begins matching and shortlisting candidates automatically.

Company — Shortlisting

The AI agent automatically reviews candidate profiles against your job description. Shortlisted candidates appear in your Candidates tab.

You can:

Once you schedule an interview, the candidate receives an email with a link. The AI conducts the interview and returns a full report to your dashboard.

Staffing Firms — Account Setup

Register as a Staffing Firm. Like companies, the first user becomes Admin. Employees can join under the same firm.

Staffing firm admins have access to the full candidate pipeline across all jobs managed by their firm.

Register as an Individual. After verifying your email:

Log in to your dashboard

You'll see your profile overview and connection status.

Connect Google Drive

Click Connect Google Drive and authorize read-only access. This is required to upload your resume.

Select your resume

Pick your resume file from the Google Drive file picker. Our AI reads and indexes it for job matching.

Candidates — Drives

FileSyncAI reads your resume from Drives to build your profile. We request read-only access — we never modify or delete your files.

When a company shortlists you and schedules an interview, you'll receive an email with a link and scheduled time.

Your score and feedback appear in your dashboard under the company's card. The hiring company also receives the report.

Candidates — Dashboard

Your dashboard shows a list of all companies that have shortlisted you. For each company you can see:
