Quick Start
Get started with FileSyncAI in a few simple steps depending on your role.
Create your account
Visit the registration page and choose your user type — Company, Staffing Firm, or Individual Candidate.
Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification OTP. Enter it on the verify page to activate your account.
Connect Drives (Candidates & Staffing Firms)
Individual candidates and staffing firms connect Drives to upload their resume.Companies skip this step.
Start using the platform
Companies post jobs, candidates get shortlisted, staffing firms manage pipelines — all from the dashboard.
User Types
FileSyncAI has three distinct user types, each with a tailored experience.

Company — Account Setup
When registering as a Company, the first user becomes the Admin. Subsequent team members join as Employees under the same company.

Company — Posting a Job
After logging in, navigate to Job Postings from your dashboard.
Click "Post New Job"
Found in the top right of the Job Postings dashboard.
Fill in job details
Job title, description, location, and salary range. The more detail you add, the better the AI matching works.
Publish
The job goes live immediately. Our Job Automation Agent begins matching and shortlisting candidates automatically.
Company — Shortlisting
The AI agent automatically reviews candidate profiles against your job description. Shortlisted candidates appear in your Candidates tab.
You can:
- View each candidate's resume summary and match score
- Schedule an AI interview for shortlisted candidates
- Review past interview scores and recommendations
- Export candidate reports
Company — AI Interviews
Once you schedule an interview, the candidate receives an email with a link. The AI conducts the interview and returns a full report to your dashboard.

A final recommendation is generated: Strong Hire, Hire, Maybe, or No Hire.
Staffing Firms — Account Setup
Register as a Staffing Firm. Like companies, the first user becomes Admin. Employees can join under the same firm.
Staffing Firms — Managing Candidates
From your staffing dashboard you can:
- View all candidates registered under your firm
- See shortlisting status per job per company
- Track interview outcomes and scores
- Filter and search across your entire candidate pool
Staffing Firms — Dashboard
The staffing dashboard provides a real-time overview of:
- Active candidates — currently in a job pipeline
- Interviews scheduled — upcoming AI interviews
- Completed interviews — with scores and outcomes
- Status breakdown — shortlisted, interviewed, hired, rejected
Candidates — Account Setup
Register as an Individual. After verifying your email:
Log in to your dashboard
You'll see your profile overview and connection status.
Connect Google Drive
Click Connect Google Drive and authorize read-only access. This is required to upload your resume.
Select your resume
Pick your resume file from the Google Drive file picker. Our AI reads and indexes it for job matching.
Candidates — Drives
FileSyncAI reads your resume from Drives to build your profile. We request read-only access — we never modify or delete your files.

Candidates — Your Interview
When a company shortlists you and schedules an interview, you'll receive an email with a link and scheduled time.
Before the interview
- Use a stable internet connection
- Allow microphone access in your browser
- Find a quiet environment
- Review the job description you applied for
During the interview
- Answer questions clearly and concisely
- The AI may ask follow-up questions based on your response
- Typical duration is 60 minutes
After the interview
Your score and feedback appear in your dashboard under the company's card. The hiring company also receives the report.
Candidates — Dashboard
Your dashboard shows a list of all companies that have shortlisted you. For each company you can see:
- Shortlist status and job role
- Interview schedule (if set)
- Interview scores broken down by category
- Final recommendation from the AI
- Interviewer feedback
Switch between Files View and Interview Metrics using the toggle on your dashboard.
Job Automation Agent
The Job Automation Agent is our flagship AI. Once a company posts a job, the agent:
Scans candidate profiles
Reads resumes, extracts skills, experience, and education from all registered candidates.
Matches against job requirements
Scores each candidate against the job description using semantic understanding — not just keyword matching.
Shortlists top candidates
The best-matched candidates are added to the company's shortlist automatically.
Schedules & conducts interviews
Sends interview invitations and conducts AI-powered video/audio interviews autonomously.
